Pricing

One platform.Priced by the size of your dojo.

Every plan is the whole product — classes and attendance, belts and curriculum, events and travel, match video and your dojo's own branded address. The only thing that changes between plans is how many students you teach.

First 30 days included, then the price of your band. No card to set up, no setup fee, no charge on what your families pay you, cancel any time.

Enterprise

401 students or more, or several locations under one organisation. Priced against what you actually run, with the same platform behind it.

Talk to us

Only active students count toward your band. Parents and guardians, coaches, administrators and enquiries from prospective families are never counted and never charged for.

Included in every plan

There is no feature held back for a higher price.

A 40-student dojo and a 400-student dojo run the same platform. The band is your size, not your feature set.

Run the week

  • Classes and the timetable. Name the classes you teach and the nights you teach them once; the term fills itself in, and moving a class is one edit.
  • Attendance. Staff check students in from the mat or the front desk, and every check-in counts toward the belt that student is working for.
  • Front-desk kiosk. Students check themselves in with a PIN on an iPad or tablet you provide. No special hardware is required or included, and the kiosk does not expose your member roster.
  • Your calendar. Practices, gradings and events, with repeating dates that are one entry rather than ninety.

Grade and coach

  • Your belt ladder and curriculum. Your dojo's own ranks, in your dojo's own words, with what each rung requires.
  • Belt tests. Schedule a test, list the candidates, record the results — and only the people who may award a rank can write one.
  • Match video with timestamped coaching. A coach marks the exact second and writes the note there; opening it takes the video back to that moment.
  • Every athlete's progress. A timeline built from their matches and the results your staff recorded.

Keep families with you

  • My Dashboard, one page per family. What is next, this week's classes, their coaching threads, and the requirements for their next rank.
  • Events, travel and answers. Tournaments and seminars with deadlines that count down, the team hotel, and "are you coming?" answered on the event itself.
  • Announcements that reach everybody. A message under your header on every page, addressed to the whole town or to your members only.
  • Email to your families. Invitations, reminders and the messages your dojo sends, from your dojo's name.
  • Documents and signatures. Waivers and consent forms assigned to a family and signed online, with a record of who signed what and when.
  • Enquiries from new families. The people who ask about a class, what they asked for, and what happens next — on one desk.
  • Online payments, to your own account. Recurring tuition and one-time fees, paid by card into your dojo's own Stripe account — connect it from your dashboard. KarateShowCase takes no percentage of what your families pay you.

Your dojo, in public and in private

  • Your own address. karateshowcase.com/your-dojo, in your logo and your colors, that you can put on a flyer.
  • Privacy that holds. Signed out there is no roster, no profile and no match history; travel details are for members; and no dojo can ever reach another dojo's records.
  • Guardians connected by you. A parent reaches their own child because your dojo linked them — nobody self-appoints, and every change is recorded.
  • Your rulebook and the Kumite Clock. The scoring reference your coaches annotate, and a full match clock on any screen at the tournament.

Switched on when you ask

Your dojo's AI Sensei — an assistant that answers visitors from your timetable, your events and the answers you approve. It is off when your dojo is created, because it needs your content before it can answer anything; tell us and we turn it on. Included at every band, with fair-use limits.

GroupMe — post your announcements into the group your families already read, once you connect your dojo's own GroupMe account.

Your dojo's store — a print-on-demand shop you own, linked from your menu. You open the shop; we add the link.

Not available

Text messages and voice. Not available. It waits on carrier registration, and we would rather say so than list it.

What you pay

Your subscription. That is the whole of it.

One monthly price, set by how many active students you teach. No setup fee at the start or later, no per-coach charge, no charge for the families and parents who use it, and no percentage of the money your dojo takes.

  • We take nothing from your tuition. The money goes to your own Stripe account, and KarateShowCase takes no cut of it.
  • Card processing is Stripe's own cost, charged to you by Stripe at their published rate. We never bundle it into a number of ours.
  • Only active students count. Parents, guardians, coaches, administrators and enquiries from prospective families are never counted and never charged for.

Questions

The things dojo owners ask first.

Which students count toward my plan?

Only active students on your roster. Parents and guardians, coaches, administrators and enquiries from prospective families are never counted, and they are never charged for.

What happens after the first 30 days?

Your subscription begins at the price of your band. Nothing is charged before then, and there is no setup fee at any point.

What happens if my dojo grows into the next band?

We move you, and it takes effect on your next bill — a band change never produces a mid-month charge or a mid-month credit, in either direction. Growing into a bigger band is a conversation, not an automatic upgrade.

Do I need a credit card to start?

Not to set up your dojo. Your card is entered on Stripe's secure checkout when your 30 included days begin, and nothing is charged until they end.

Is every feature included in every plan?

Yes. The bands differ only by how many students your dojo has, and there is no feature held back for a higher plan. Three things are switched on when you ask rather than on day one — your AI Sensei, GroupMe and your dojo's store. Everything else is there the day your dojo is set up, online payments included: connect your dojo's own Stripe account from your dashboard.

Does KarateShowCase take a percentage of what my families pay me?

No. Your subscription is the only thing you pay KarateShowCase, whatever your dojo collects. The money goes to your own Stripe account, and card processing is Stripe's own cost, charged to you by Stripe.

Can I cancel?

Any time. You keep access until the end of the period you have paid for, and cancelling during the first 30 days stops the subscription from starting at all.

Ready when you are

See it with your own dojo's name on it.

Start your 30 days, or look through a complete dojo first. Nothing is charged either way.
