My Dashboard

For Students and families

In short

My Dashboard is a student's and a parent's home in their dojo. Open it from the menu or from My dashboard in your account menu. It shows what is up next, documents to sign, the next tournament, your videos, what you are working toward for your next belt, recent coaching, payments and your check-in PIN. A parent with several children switches between them with Viewing.

Where to find it: your account menu → My dashboard

Opening it

Choose My Dashboard in the menu, or your account menu → My dashboard. It is there for an account linked to an athlete — the athlete's own, or a parent's or guardian's. A parent with more than one child chooses which one under Viewing.

What it shows

At the top: the athlete's current rank, their next rank and the next belt test. Then, whenever there is something to show:

  • Up next: the one thing that matters most right now — a belt test in the next two weeks, tournament entries closing, new coaching on a video, or unread notifications.
  • Documents to sign, the Next tournament, and what is Coming up. While a new athlete still owes a document the dojo requires, the documents come first, titled Finish joining and marked Sign-up incomplete; nothing else on the page waits for them.
  • My videos and Recent coaching.
  • Working toward: what the next belt requires; Training & Progress has the detail.
  • Membership, Fees and Family billing, when your dojo takes payments online.
  • Check-in PIN for the front-desk tablet.
  • Add another athlete, when your dojo has a plan open to new members: add another child to your account, or yourself if you train and are not on it yet.
  • From your dojo, and the Belt journey so far.
