Your dojo's website
For Dojo owners and administrators, Coaches
In short
Your dojo's page is your website. Its name, colours, page text and contact details are in the admin console under Settings, then Identity & site; its logo and photographs under Settings, then Media library. To tell everyone something, post a site message, a feature headline or a feature callout under Messages, then Announcements.
Where to find it: Admin console → Settings → Identity & site
Name, colours, text and contact details
Owners and administrators change these in Admin console → Settings → Identity & site:
- Dojo Profile: your dojo's name, and the contact email messages from your contact form go to.
- Branding & Theme: a preset or your own primary, accent and background colours.
- Page Copy: your home page's kicker, title and subtitle, and your About text.
- Contact & Location: address and hours, which show whenever they are filled in; phone and public email, with the Show my phone number publicly and Show my email address publicly switches; and your social links.
One Save Settings saves every card.
Logo and photographs
Admin console → Settings → Media library has a card for each picture: the crest, the header mark, the home page photo, the team photo and the page banners. Upload or Replace takes a JPG, PNG or WebP of up to 2 MB, after you confirm you have the right to publish it. Owners and administrators change the crest, header mark and home photo; lead coaches can change the team photo and banners too.
Telling everyone something
Open Admin console → Messages → Announcements. Three things can each be on at once, each with its own switch and end date:
- Site message: a slim bar under the menu on every page — for everyone, members, or the competition team.
- Feature headline: the headline over your home page photo or flyer.
- Feature callout: words beside your home page photo or flyer.
Each stops on its end date, the last day included. One with no end date stops 30 days after it is first published, unless you choose Never expires.
