Your instructor photo

For Coaches, Dojo owners and administrators

In short

When an administrator links your account to your entry on the Instructors page, a Your instructor profile card appears on the Today tab of your Coach Dashboard. Use Add photo or Replace photo there. The words in your entry stay the dojo's to edit.

Where to find it: Admin console → People → Instructors

For the coach

  1. Open the Today tab of your Coach Dashboard.
  2. On Your instructor profile, press Add photo or Replace photo, and choose a JPG, PNG or WebP of up to 10 MB.
  3. Confirm you have the right to publish it.

Remove photo takes it down, and removing it cannot be undone. You need a verified email address to upload.

For the administrator

Link the coach in Admin console → People → Instructors: choose their account in Coach account on their entry. The entry must already be published, the account must be an active coach, and each entry links to one coach. Changing the person's role away from coach removes the link.
