Download your data

For Students and families, Coaches, Dojo owners and administrators

In short

Open My account from your account menu and press Download my data under Your data. Your browser downloads a file of the information your account holds — your profile, memberships, athlete records and their history, comments, RSVPs, payments and signed documents. You need a verified email address, and you can download up to five times in a day.

Downloading it

  1. Open your account menu → My account.
  2. Under Your data, press Download my data.
  3. Your browser saves a file named karateshowcase-my-data followed by the date. Nothing is emailed.

What is in the file

Everything your account holds across your dojos: your profile and memberships, your email preferences and notifications, the athlete records you own or are a guardian of — with their matches, gradings, results, attendance and belt progress — your comments, RSVPs, plans, fees and payments, the documents assigned to you and the full copies you signed, and any invitations, enquiries and reports you made.

Some things are not in it, and the file says so: questions asked of a dojo's AI Sensei (they are stored without anyone's identity), and records that are a dojo's own correspondence.

Good to know

  • You need a verified email address.
  • Up to five downloads in any 24 hours.
  • For anything you cannot do in the product, email info@KarateShowCase.com.
