Sign in, and reset your password
For Students and families, Coaches, Dojo owners and administrators
In short
Sign in from your dojo's page with Log in, or from the KarateShowCase homepage with Sign In. If you forgot your password, enter your email address on the sign-in form and choose Forgot password?; if an account exists for that address, a reset link is sent to it. Log out signs you out of that browser only; Sign out everywhere, in My account, signs you out on every device within an hour. If you still can’t sign in, contact your dojo, or KarateShowCase if you run one.
Signing in
- On your dojo's page: press Log in, enter your email and password, and press Sign In. You stay on the page you were on.
- On the KarateShowCase homepage: press Sign In. You are taken to your dojo — or, if you belong to more than one, asked where to go.
Coaches and administrators sign in the same way; what you can do comes from your role at the dojo.
Forgot your password
- On the sign-in form, enter your email address.
- Choose Forgot password?.
- If an account exists for that address, a link to set a new password is sent to it. The form says the same either way, so it never reveals whether an address has an account.
If the email doesn't arrive, check your spam folder, and make sure you typed the address you signed up with.
Still can’t sign in
Contact your dojo, or KarateShowCase at info@KarateShowCase.com if you run one.
Staying signed in, and signing out
- You stay signed in on that browser until you sign out.
- Log out in your account menu signs out this browser only.
- Sign out everywhere, in your account menu → My account under Sessions, signs you out on all your devices. Other devices lose access within an hour.
Good to know
- Too many wrong attempts pause sign-in for a few minutes.
- Some members-only photos need a recent sign-in. If you see "Some members-only photos need a fresh sign-in", choose Sign in again.
