Remind the families who haven't answered
For Coaches, Dojo owners and administrators
In short
Open the event's page in the Tournament Hub. Under For the team, Not answered lists who has not replied; press Remind…, check the list of who will receive it, and press Send reminder. Each account gets one app notification and each email address one email, and the same athlete is not reminded again for that event within 24 hours.
Sending a reminder
- Open the event's own page in the Tournament Hub.
- Under For the team, Not answered shows how many athletes have not replied.
- Press Remind…. A preview lists everyone who will receive it, by name and how they relate to the athlete ("guardian of Mia and Leo", "Mia's own account"), and how they will be reached. No email address is ever shown.
- Press Send reminder.
The reminder asks "Are you going to" the event and links them to answer. Each row then shows when it was sent and by whom.
Good to know
- The dojo's owners, administrators and coaches can send reminders, as long as the dojo's email settings let their role send.
- One bell per account and one email per address on each press: a parent of two athletes gets one of each. An email needs an address that can receive it; a bell needs an active membership.
- The same athlete is not reminded again within 24 hours, and two coaches pressing at once cannot send it twice.
- A parent's answer counts for their child.
- Past, closed and archived events cannot be reminded.
